The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards on Tagyon Hill, where volcanic and limestone soils typical of the Balaton Uplands contribute to the wine’s distinctive mineral character. After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit and aromatic profile of Riesling.

Following fermentation, the wine rests on fine lees for a short period, adding texture and complexity. For the final blend, only the most expressive lots are selected, resulting in a wine with greater concentration and balance.
