Consequently, they might end up buying a wine that doesn't suit the occasion, or they may feel uncertain and opt for a different, easier-to-choose product instead.
The concept of Match the Wine addresses this issue directly: we are a youthful, dynamic online store that simplifies the process of finding the right wine. By doing so, we bring the magic of discovery closer to our customers. Recently, I've read and heard a lot about younger generations showing less interest in wine consumption. In both my immediate and broader environment, I've noticed that many people are unaware of how unique and special each bottle of wine can be. Factors such as weather, wildlife, flocks of birds, and, of course, humans can significantly influence the final product. Sensational stories are hidden in many different bottles.
Our goal is to bring this world closer, making it accessible and understandable, so that we can engage many new customers, including those from younger generations. One of the cornerstones of this effort is our vineyard reservation service.
But what does it mean to subscribe to a vineyard and what do you get if you do so?
We have selected and are constantly looking for vineyards cultivated by wineries that produce good or high quality vineyard selected wines. These are the vineyards from which you can symbolically adopt a portion and the wine made from the grapes grown in this area will be among the first to be delivered to the subscriber. A certificate is sent for the subscription purchased, and throughout the year, the vineyard owner is regularly informed about what is happening in the vineyard or with the wine in a specific newsletter. Whether it be winter pruning, flowering, harvesting, alcoholic or barrel ageing, to name but a few examples. We believe that by giving our customers an insight into the behind the scenes secrets of viticulture and winemaking through our wineries, we can offer them a whole new experience. It will give them a complete picture of the exciting journey that happens to the grapes before the wine is bottled.
In addition, our undisguised goal is community building; therefore, we warmly welcome vineyard subscribers to exclusive events, wine tastings, or vineyard visits.

We are familiar with and enjoy every wine in our selection, allowing us to recommend the appropriate pairings with confidence and expertise.
Our offerings include Hungarian, European, and New World wines. In addition to sparkling, white, rosé, and red wines, we also offer alcohol-free and sweet wines. From light, refreshing white wines to full-bodied, complex reds, our selection also features organic, natural, and biodynamic wines.
