The Farkastető Vineyard is one of Istvándy Jenő Winery’s most treasured vineyard sites, nestled near Szentbékkálla in the Balaton Uplands. Farkastető is best known for producing Istvándy’s signature Chardonnay. With vines that are over 40 years old, this vineyard yields grapes of outstanding quality, shaped by the rich mineral content of the soil and the cooling breezes from nearby Lake Balaton.
