Shipping and Payment Information

SHIPPING

We currently ship our products to almost all countries within the European Union, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Orders can be delivered to residential addresses, package points, or parcel lockers. Please note that we do not currently ship to Malta or Cyprus.

1. HUNGARY

1. a) DPD Courier Service – Home Delivery

• DPD Express: Free for orders with a gross value of 30,000 HUF
• DPD Express: 1,499 HUF for orders with a gross value of 20,000 – 29,999 HUF
• DPD Express: 1,699 HUF for orders with a gross value of 10,000 – 19,999 HUF
• DPD Express: 1,999 HUF for orders with a gross value of 1 – 9,999 HUF

1. b) DPD Pickup Point

• DPD Express: Free for orders with a gross value of 30,000 HUF
• DPD Express: 1,499 HUF for orders with a gross value of 20,000 – 29,999 HUF
• DPD Express: 1,599 HUF for orders with a gross value of 10,000 – 19,999 HUF
• DPD Express: 1,899 HUF for orders with a gross value of 1 – 9,999 HUF

1. c) Hungarian Post (Magyar Posta) – Home Delivery (based on the total weight of your prepared and packed order)

• Hungarian Post: 1,990 HUF for orders weighing 0 - 10 kg
• Hungarian Post: 2,990 HUF for orders weighing 10.01- 20 kg
• Hungarian Post: 5,990 HUF for orders weighing 20.01 - 40 kg

For deliveries with the Hungarian Post, we charge an additional 1,590 HUF, which is the cost for delivery to the Hungarian Post office point.

1. d) Shipping in Budapest, XIII. District

Free delivery, regardless of the order value. We usually attempt delivery within 24 hours if the order is placed on weekdays between Monday morning 6:00 AM and Thursday afternoon 2:00 PM.

2. BULGARIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, ROMANIA, SLOVAKIA

• DPD Express: 9.38 EUR for orders with a gross weight (including packaging) of 0 – 10.0 kg
• DPD Express: 18.01 EUR for orders with a gross weight (including packaging) of 10.01 – 20.0 kg

Please note: Our largest cardboard box for wine bottles currently holds up to 12 bottles. To ensure safe delivery, we can only guarantee shipments of up to 12 bottles per order.

3. BELGIUM, CROATIA, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, PORTUGAL

• DPD Express: 13.18 EUR for orders with a gross weight (including packaging) of 0 – 10.0 kg
• DPD Express: 22.24 EUR for orders with a gross weight (including packaging) of 10.01 – 20.0 kg

4. AUSTRIA, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FRANCE, GERMANY, IRELAND, ITALY, LATVIA,  SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN

• DPD Express: 16.68 EUR for orders with a gross weight (including packaging) of 0 – 10.0 kg
• DPD Express: 25.73 EUR for orders with a gross weight (including packaging) of 10.01 – 20.0 kg

5. FINLAND, GREECE

• DPD Express: 26.17 EUR for orders with a gross weight (including packaging) of 0 – 10.0 kg
• DPD Express: 36.72 EUR for orders with a gross weight (including packaging) of 10.01 – 20.0 kg

*Note: The estimated shipping fee per bottle is based on average order sizes of 6 bottles for the 0–10 kg weight range and 12 bottles for the 10.01–20 kg weight range.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Cash on delivery: 590 HUF fee. Only available in Hungary. You can pay the courier in cash or by card. Not applicable for XIII. District free delivery.
