We currently work with DPD and Magyar Posta. You can choose to have your parcel delivered directly to your preferred address or to a designated parcel point. Additionally, we offer free delivery in Budapest’s 13th district. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.

Currently, our wines can only be ordered online, and the bottles will be delivered by a courier service to the provided address. Personal pickup is not available at the moment. We are working on it.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe online payment provider. Bank transfer and Cash on Delivery methods are also available.

Please contact us immediately through one of our available channels, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Before opening, store the wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally between 12-16°C. If these conditions are not available for you, make sure to keep it away from direct light and try to store it in a cool environment. Keep cork-sealed bottles on their sides to maintain cork moisture. After opening, most wines last 3-5 days if properly sealed and refrigerated. However, we generally recommend consuming them within 24 hours.

If you can’t decide which vineyard to choose, we’ve put together a few vineyard subscription tasting packages from previous vintages. Order it, taste the vines, and reserve your favorite. After all the insider news and information, you’ll truly feel like the wine is yours.

Of course, we have no control over the weather. If we hear from the winemaker that the vintage is at risk or that there may not be a vineyard-select wine, we will inform you immediately, and you will be able to choose from several options. We will do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Within a few days of your order, we will prepare your personalized certificate. You can choose the free digital version, or we can also send you a print-quality certificate by mail.

The payment & delivery methods are exactly the same as those we offer for other purchases. We will ship your wines as soon as they are commercially released by the winery.

You will regularly receive updates about the subscribed vineyard at the email address provided.
