The color of this Olaszrizling (Welschriesling) is beautiful, clear straw yellow. It first brings the typical Somló notes, ripe yellow-fleshed fruits with a little honey. Delicious ripe peaches, herbs and the bitterness characteristic of the variety play in the taste.

It's a very pleasant, easy-drinking wine compared to the Fekete cellar, it's hard to stop. It can be consumed on its own, for a friendly conversation or with delicious salads or poultry.

After careful manual harvesting at the end of October, a few hours of soaking on the skins and gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation in 1200l Hungarian oak barrel. Maturation 10 months in used 1000l oak barrel, then another 36 months in airtight maturation tank.
