Simonsig is one of South Africa’s pioneering sparkling wine producers and was the first winery in the country to create Méthode Cap Classique in 1971. The Kaapse Vonkel Brut Rosé is crafted from hand-harvested grapes to preserve their freshness and vibrant aromas. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle, resulting in fine, long-lasting bubbles. The wine is aged for at least 24 months on the lees, enhancing its texture and complexity while maintaining a fresh and elegant character.
