The Tánczos Pince Furmint Válogatás (Selection) 2022 is a true gem, showcasing the unique terroir of the Tagyon- hegy vineyard near Zánka, part of Balatonfüred-Csopak wine region. The wine offers a beautiful expression of the region’s character, with aromas of green apple, ginger, herbs and a subtle minerality that invite you to take another sip. On the palate, it combines lively acidity with a smooth, oaky and creamy texture, leading to a long finish that enhances its complexity. Despite the youth of the vines, this wine already wonderfully reflects the distinctive qualities of the Tagyon-hegy terroir.

The grapes used for this wine were harvested with 1 kg of yield per vine. After a gentle pressing and spontaneous fermentation, the wine was aged for 4 months in oak barrels and then another 4 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees, preserving its freshness and adding depth to its character. This wine is a true reflection of the Zoltán Tánczos' careful craftsmanship and attention to detail.
