Olaszrizling (Welschriesling) is a characteristic grape variety, particularly famous in the Siklós subregion of Villány Wine region, where it thrives on the rolling southern slopes. Thanks to carefully timed hand harvesting and reductive winemaking technology, this organically cultivated wine reveals a delicate balance of flavors, including sweet citrus fruits, green herbs, green apple, pear, and bitter almond. The aroma evokes floral notes of reseda, yellow flowers, a hint of salted almond, and freshly grated lemon, all complemented by moderate alcohol contentand vibrant acidity.

On the palate, this wine is light yet structured, with a medium-length finish, making it an easy-drinking, fresh and lively choice. Throughout the winemaking process, only natural, vegan-friendly materials were used, ensuring a pure and authentic expression of the grape.

The Welschriesling grapes for this wine are cultivated in the Villány Wine Region’s Siklós subregion, where the rolling southern slopes provide the perfect microclimate for balanced ripening. The vineyard is maintained without chemical treatments, ensuring the purest expression of terroir.

The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve their natural freshness and varietal character. Gentle pressing is followed by cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks, using a reductive winemaking approach that enhances the wine’s crisp, fruit-driven profile. No oak aging is applied to maintain its vibrant acidity and fresh, floral notes.

To ensure clarity and stability, only vegan-friendly fining agents were used, making this wine completely free from animal-derived products.
