After hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks, preserving the fresh, natural fruit character. The wine is then aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels, which adds complexity and structure. This wine is made using traditional winemaking methods, allowing the purest expression of the terroir and the grape varieties to shine through.
