Careful manual harvesting, 4-6 hours of skin contact, gentle pressing, and natural fermentation in 1000l Hungarian oak barrels.

Maturation for 10 months in 1000l used, oak barrels, continued in large airtight maturation (1000l and 1500l tanks).
