Crafted with precision and a deep respect for varietal character, Petit Villebois Sauvignon Blanc 2023 brings together fruit from carefully selected vineyards in the Loire Valley and Atlantic Coast of France. The grapes are harvested at night, preserving their crisp natural acidity and delicate aromatics.

Once brought to the winery, the fruit is gently pressed, and the juice undergoes cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks over a period of 15 to 21 days — a method chosen to retain the wine's vibrant fruit profile and fresh citrus tones. After fermentation, the wine rests on fine lees for six months, building subtle texture and enhancing complexity without the influence of oak.
