Hans Greyl’s non-alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc wine is made from carefully selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested at optimal ripeness to maintain freshness and aromatic intensity. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures to fully develop the variety’s signature fruity and green aromas.

After fermentation, the wine undergoes a modern alcohol removal process using vacuum distillation or reverse osmosis, allowing the alcohol to be extracted while preserving the wine’s natural flavors and structure. The final blending and refinement ensure perfect balance before bottling, resulting in a light, aromatic, and refreshing non-alcoholic wine.
