Meinklang is a biodynamic family-run winery based in Austria’s Burgenland region, near the Hungarian border. The estate follows a holistic farming approach, integrating vineyards with mixed agriculture, including cattle, orchards, and grains, to maintain a balanced ecosystem.

For Weißer Mulatschak, the grapes are harvested by hand and undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. The wine sees extended skin contact, giving it its distinctive orange color and layered texture. No fining, minimal filtration, and only a small amount of sulfur are used, preserving the wine’s purity and expressive character.
