Discover the refined elegance of Sauska Brut Nature, a premium Tokaj sparkling wine crafted with precision and purity. Sourced from the famous Istenhegy, Padi-hegy, Medve, and Birsalmás vineyards, this sparkling wine blends Furmint, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, selected for their natural acidity and structure. A true Brut Nature, it contains no added sugar, allowing the wine’s bright citrus, green apple, white flower, and mineral notes to shine.

The wine is aged 36 months on fine lees using the traditional method, resulting in a creamy texture, fine mousse, and subtle brioche and almond notes. On the palate, the wine is crisp, bone-dry, and mineral-driven, with a long, refreshing finish that perfectly reflects the volcanic soils of Tokaj.

The grapes for Sauska Brut Nature are harvested early from cool, elevated Tokaj sites to preserve freshness and acidity. After gentle whole-bunch pressing, fermentation takes place without oak influence, and malolactic fermentation is deliberately avoided to maintain clarity and tension. The base wines are blended in spring according to the estate’s stylistic vision, then bottled for second fermentation using the traditional method.

The wine remains on its fine lees for a minimum of 36 months, developing its signature fine mousse, creamy texture and subtle autolytic notes. At disgorgement, no sugar is added, ensuring a true Brut Nature style that reflects vineyard origin, vintage conditions and Tokaj’s distinctive mineral character with absolute precision.
