The Finca Coletto vineyard is located in Gualtallary, within the Uco Valley, at an altitude of 1,120 meters above sea level. The terroir is rich in limestone and volcanic rock, giving the wine exceptional minerality and structure. The hand-harvested grapes undergo fermentation in concrete and stainless steel tanks, followed by 18 months of aging in French oak barrels. This aging process enhances the wine’s complexity, depth, and refined texture.
