The Glera grapes are harvested from organically farmed vineyards in Veneto, fermented with native yeasts, and bottled unfiltered, resulting in a wine that is as close to nature as possible. This method gives it a more textured mouthfeel and a dry, savory character distinct from conventional Proseccos.
