The 2022 Kaiken Estate Malbec is a testament to the rich winemaking traditions of Mendoza, Argentina. Crafted exclusively from hand-harvested Malbec grapes, this wine originates from 20-year-old vines rooted in the clay-loam soils of Luján de Cuyo, situated at an elevation of approximately 950 meters above sea level. 

The winemaking process begins with meticulous manual harvesting, ensuring only the finest grapes are selected. Fermentation occurs in controlled concrete vats, a method that preserves the grape's inherent flavors and aromas. To enhance complexity, 35% of the wine is aged for eight months in second-fill 225-liter French oak barrels.
