Unleash the untamed spirit of Argentina with Kaiken Indómito Malbec 2022 — a bold yet refined red that captures the wild beauty of the Andes. Crafted from high-altitude vineyards in the Uco Valley (1,100–1,250 m above sea level), this wine bursts with vibrant aromas of blackberries, blueberries, and fresh violets, balanced by subtle herbal and spicy undertones.

On the palate, it’s juicy and expressive — ripe dark fruit wrapped in smooth tannins, with a touch of cocoa and coffee from gentle oak ageing. The finish is long, elegant, and refreshingly lively.

“Indómito” means untamed — and that’s exactly the spirit behind this wine. Modern, energetic, and full of character, it’s perfect for adventurous wine lovers seeking authenticity and freshness in every sip.

Kaiken Indómito Malbec 2022 is crafted from grapes grown in the high-altitude vineyards of the Uco Valley, between 1,100 and 1,250 meters above sea level. The combination of intense sunlight and cool Andean nights allows the fruit to ripen slowly, developing deep color and vibrant acidity.

After hand harvesting, the grapes were gently destemmed and given a short cold soak to enhance aroma and texture. Fermentation took place in concrete tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the purity of the fruit and the natural freshness of the terroir. The wine then spent ten months maturing — about 20% in French oak barrels to add subtle spice and roundness, while the rest remained in concrete to maintain brightness and energy.

This careful balance of traditional and modern methods results in an expressive, elegant Malbec that captures the wild beauty and intensity of the Andes in every glass.

Grilled Ribeye Steak – The wine’s ripe tannins and dark fruit complement the smoky, juicy richness of a perfectly grilled steak.

Beef Empanadas – A classic Argentine pairing; the savory filling and flaky pastry match the wine’s fruit and spice.

Mushroom Risotto – Earthy flavors and creamy texture bring out the Malbec’s velvety structure and subtle oak notes.

Roast Lamb with Herbs – Rosemary, thyme, and garlic highlight the wine’s herbal undertones and depth.

Aged Cheeses (like Manchego or Comté) – The nutty, slightly salty flavors pair beautifully with the wine’s smooth finish and dark berry profile.
