The 2024 vintage was unusually warm, with early bud break and harvest beginning on August 13. Grapes were hand-picked and gently whole-bunch pressed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for about four months on fine lees. No oak was used, preserving the wine’s purity, vibrancy, and expressive minerality.
