Sauska Extra Dry is a refined Hungarian sparkling wine crafted in the Tokaj region using the traditional Champagne method. Made primarily from Furmint, Hárslevelű, and sometimes Chardonnay, it undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, developing a fine mousse and complex character. With an Extra Dry dosage (12–17 g/L of residual sugar), it offers a delicate balance between crisp acidity and subtle sweetness. Aged on fine lees for added depth.
