Frequently Asked Questions
We currently work with DPD and Magyar Posta. You can choose to have your parcel delivered directly to your preferred address or to a designated parcel point. Additionally, we offer free delivery in Budapest’s 13th district. Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working days.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe online payment provider. Bank transfer and Cash on Delivery methods are also available.
Please contact us immediately through one of our available channels, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Currently, our wines can only be ordered online, and the bottles will be delivered by a courier service to the provided address. Personal pickup is not available at the moment. We are working on it.
Before opening, store the wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally between 12-16°C. If these conditions are not available for you, make sure to keep it away from direct light and try to store it in a cool environment. Keep cork-sealed bottles on their sides to maintain cork moisture. After opening, most wines last 3-5 days if properly sealed and refrigerated. However, we generally recommend consuming them within 24 hours.
